However, our school is ‘on the island’ and ‘of the island’. Many of us may have originated from foreign shores but we are joined together in our shared commitment to Escola Global and our beautiful island. Our location in Parc Bit, close to the Balearic university and next to open countryside, provides us with unique opportunities to connect to nature (outdoor learning), to further education and to the world of work.

Healthy eating is important to us. We have our own purpose-built modern kitchen close to school. Our dedicated chef and her team ensures that all our meals are tasty, nutritious, home-cooked and meet a range of dietary needs. We focus our curriculum on ‘inspiring compassionate changemakers’. We are committed to sustainability in all its dimensions: personal, social and environmental.

This influences everything we do, our learning, our environment and our community. Project Based Learning (PBL) is at the heart of our methodology, enabling our students to recognise connections from an early age. PBL is introduced in Early Years through play and increases in complexity as students grow and mature. FROM 2 TO 18 YEARS.

Escola Global offers the English National curriculum for 80% of the time and the Spanish curriculum for 20%. Approved by the Conselleria d’Educació (code 07015276) and the National Association of British Schools in Spain (NABSS) Cambridge International and Pearsos Edexcel Authorised Centre (IGCSE and A Levels) Member of the international Eco-Schools network.
