CBS, The British School of Seville, belongs to the Group educ@group and has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Education. CBS is an unique project which differs from what has already been established in Seville.
The School modern facilities are located in La Juliana, a private urbanization that offers security and vigilance and is placed in the town of Bollullos de la Mitación. La Juliana is a privileged area which is located in a centenary pine forest. It is a mixed, private and multicultural School that offers an excelent British education for pupils between the ages of 3 and 18 years old. All the teachers are high qualified native speakers, both British and Spanish, according to the subject that they teach.
The students follow the British National Curriculum and Key Stages 1, 2 an 3, SATs and they get preparation for the IGCSE exams that they sit at the end of KEY Stage 4. Their studies are officialy recognized by the British Council and the Spanish Educational Ministry through a validation process. CBS, The British School of Seville is an Official Examination Centre for Cambridge University.

Academic Facilities

The facilities of CBS, The British School of Seville, are new building constructions and they are perfectly designed for the educational objectives of the School: two science laboratories, one for physics and another for biology and chemistry; one multipurpose classroom, one FoodTech room, a library, an ICT room, a Music room, etc.
All the classrooms are equipped with interactive digital whiteboards that have Internet connection.
The School has an up-to-date mobile device for ICT equipment that guarantees the individual use of computers as an important work tool for students. Furthermore each pupil, from year 5 up to year 13 are provided with a Chrome Book for their work.
LED illumination both inside and outside the classrooms, as well as in the basketball pitches, are an example of the School commitment and the use of high and environmental friendly technologies.

Sports Facilities

CBS encourages the practice of sports from early years with a wide range of sport disciplines led by experts on different fields of education.
The school has the appropriate facilities for a complete physical education: swimming pool, 3 basketball pitches, 1 track, some areas prepared for children games, etc.

Extracurricular Activities

The school offers a wide range of alternative activities that help complement the general education of the students that include: extracurricular sport activities, art and music activities, academic and cultural activities and technological activities.

Services

At CBS, the canteen turns into another classroom every day where a healthy and balanced diet is offered and elaborated by experts in children nutrition. Moreover the advantages of different foods and a healthy nutritional routine is also taught during the lessons.
There is an optional bus service that covers Seville and its surroundings.
The School provides the parents with an Intranet service that allows them to follow their children progress through the Internet.
