  1. Personal Data Protection

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 regarding Personal Data Protection, issued on December 13th, NABSS informs Users of the Web Site that all data submitted through our website by means of forms and received e-mails and can be considered as personal data will be included in our files with the aim of providing a service that has been requested, answering your request and/or processing your inquiry.

These files are registered in the Spanish Agency of Data Protection in compliance with the current legislation and development regulations.

The users themselves are responsible, in any given situation, for the veracity, accuracy, validity, authenticity, relevance and non-excessiveness of any Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep the information appropriately updated.

In cases when a request is made by filling out a form and clicking on the “send” button, doing this invariably implies that users have been informed and have expressly given their consent to the contents of the clause annexed to said form or have accepted the privacy policy.

  1. Data provided by third parties.

In the event that personal data is included in an inquiry by an individual who is not the owner of this information, the user must inform the owner of the contents prior to including them. NABSS will not be liable for failure to comply with this requirement.

  1. Data Concerning Minors

Data concerning minors who are less than 14 years of age must not be submitted through this Web Site. NABSS will not be liable for failure to comply with this requirement.

  1. Commercial communications by electronic means.

The only communications that will be sent by e-mail or other electronic means will be those that are necessary in order to process your request.

However these communications will be consensual and expressly authorized by the recipient in compliance with Law 34/2002 regarding Services provided by the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce, issued on July 11th, except what is stated in article 21.2 of this Law, in the text of the First Final Provision of the General Telecommunications Law.

The person responsible for the file has adopted the legally required security levels for Personal Data Protection, and has installed all the available technical means and measures according the level of technology in order to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of submitted Personal Data.

  1. Obligation to secrecy.

Users will have their data treated with confidentiality and obligation to secrecy by those who manage this data in their name. Notwithstanding the foregoing, users are aware that the security of communications throughout the network may not be invulnerable.

  1. Rights of Those Affected.

Users can exercise their right to access, rectify, cancel and object to their personal data in compliance with what is stated in the Organic Law regarding Personal Data Protection (O.L. 15/1999) and the RD. 1720/2007, by writing to our company premises and attaching a copy of their ID card or Passport.
