Cambridge House Community College
Cambridge House is a warm friendly “home” of a school, where children, staff and parents benefit from a positive, easy going but purposeful learning environment. Our priority has been to ensure the presence of a lively, dedicated and permanent team of teachers who aim to provide the best of British Education, in both English and Spanish. We follow the British National Curriculum and are registered with Cambridge University and Edexcel to enable us to provide our students with the I.G.C.S.E., AS and A’ Level examinations. A broad based Secondary curriculum, careers advice and the same personalised support as offered in the Primary section of the school ensures our students a good start in both their further academic and working careers.
The school is set in 14 000 square metres of beautiful gardens with good sports facilities, including an athletics track.
There are well equipped specialized laboratories, Art, music, and IT rooms and the classes are spacious light and airy, and full of colourful displays to encourage the feeling of ‘home from home’. The school was especially designed to reflect a maritime, Mediterranean theme. We believe that an attractive environment is essential for the development of our youngsters.
Parents feel welcome in the school and we feel good communication to be essential to the security, happiness and progress of the youngsters in our care. Apart from offering an excellent academic education we aim to provide our students with a respect for their surroundings and colleagues – this we accomplish by setting an example ourselves as teachers and in the care we take of our school. Students, Teachers and Parents work as a team to ensure a pleasant and positive learning environment.
